Housecall is the delivery of healthcare services directly to you in the comfort of your own home, office, or hotel. It provides personalized and patient focus care without the hassle of travelling or leaving your home. It eliminates long waiting time at the medical office; it gives patients more time with their healthcare provider and improves patient care. It is both appealing to patients and healthcare providers and have resulted in improve patient and provider satisfaction.

How do I make an appointment?
Appointments can be made by calling the provided telephone number and leaving a message requesting an appointment with your preferred day/time. You can also register on the website and request a house call or telephone consultation.

We will confirm your appointment request with a follow up e-mail or phone call.

Can I request phone consultations?
Yes. However, phone consultations are only available for established patients. Phone consultation requests can be made by phone or email. After your appointment is confirmed by e-mail or phone, you are ready for your phone consultation.

How is my health records documented?
Your health records will be documented and stored in a secure electronic database.

What can I expect from a House call visit?
Dr. Wynter-Minott will arrive at your home, office or hotel equipped with all the necessary tools to complete a comprehensive or detailed physical examination. If you are diagnosed with a serious or life threatening illness, you will be referred to an appropriate institution or specialist.

What happens if I need Ultrasound, Diagnostic Studies or Lab work?
Ultrasounds, Echocardiograms, Abdominal, Arterial & Venous Doppler Ultrasounds, and X-rays can be done at home or your preferred diagnostic center. Blood/lab draws can be done at home or at a laboratory at your convenience. Most diagnostic studies or labs results are electronically received by Dr. Wynter-Minott to ensure continuation of care and appropriate follow up and referral.

How do I pay for my services?
We do not accept health insurance at this time. We accept all major credit cards and cash. If you have insurance and want to be reimbursed, Dr. Wynter-Minott will provide you with an insurance reimbursement form that you can submit to the insurance company. Services are paid for before the delivery of care via this website through a secure portal. Patients who prefer a concierge agreement can inquire for more details.
